About the project
Student housing solves a different problem from ordinary housing: a livable apartment in a small footprint, materials that withstand heavy use, and an operating model suited to tenants who change often during the year. The block was planned around these three conditions.
Apartments come in studio and one-bedroom types, designed for furnished delivery with built-in kitchens and fitted wardrobes. The ground floor holds commercial units for students' daily needs; the shared study room and laundry are in the basement.
