Oğuzhan Tiner Construction works to turn the relationship between landowner and contractor in Isparta into a written, calculable partnership bound to a schedule. From the first excavation to the handover of keys, every item has a single responsible address.
We establish the development rights of your land and tie the share ratio and delivery schedule to a contract. Title and permit work stays with us throughout.
All works from structure to finishes from a single source. Material brands and floor areas are provided in writing as an annex to the contract.
Reinforced concrete, steel and infrastructure contracting for the public and private sector, run with progress payment and work program discipline.
Risk assessment of existing buildings, agreement with owners and management of the regeneration process. Guidance on rent support and loan applications.
Building registration certificate applications and support in bringing existing buildings into compliance with regulations.
Compact-plan student residences around the university. Planned by a team that knows Isparta's student population and rental dynamics.
The delivery date is written into the contract, with a defined penalty for delay.
The material brands to be used are listed up front.
Every work item proceeds with independent building inspection approval.
Progress payments and the payment plan are shared transparently with the landowner.
The group's building inspection division gives the construction side something concrete. Here is how it works:
On the inspection side we also see the work of other contractors: from rebar placement to insulation details, we know which mistakes recur in which trade. Our own site checklist is far better equipped as a result: it draws not only on our own history but on the experience of the many different buildings we have inspected.
What breaks a construction schedule is usually not slowness but repetition: a non-conformity is found, work stops, it is corrected, it is inspected again. Knowing the standard the regulations and the seismic code demand before the work begins largely removes that loop.
No construction process guarantees zero errors. But eliminating recurring mistakes from the start makes the remaining work both safer and more predictable.
